what is kidpreneur?
Kidpreneur is a real kids' marketplace where young entrepreneurs get to create a business, set up a booth, talk with customers and make sales. Your child does not need to have an established business already. A new idea created specifically for Kidpreneur is welcome.
The goal is not perfection. It is to let kids experience entrepreneurship: creativity, problem-solving, pricing, customer service, communication and the excitement of making their first sale.

Kidpreneur has become a popular feature of Bois d'Arc Bash. In 2026, the Northeast Texas Children's Museum is proud to co-host Kidpreneur with the Commerce Downtown Alliance. We are excited to help carry this community tradition forward and create a fun, real-world opportunity for young entrepreneurs.
